Dear Mr. Ngoc Quang Minh,

Thank you for your prompt update in this matter.  Because of the urgency of this matter, I also called and related your request to Dr. Ladinsky and she has asked me to send to you her statement on her behalf.  Thus, according to your request, I will incorporate both of our names in the following acknowlegement.

Dr. Ladinsky and Sister Minh Nguyen (Su Co Tinh Quang) would like to acknowledge that the information which Mr. Ngoc Quang Minh stated in Thien Ly Buu Toa's website concerning our involvement in the medical treatment for Ho Tu Tu is true.  Dr. Ladinsky is the only person who is prepared and arranged for Tu Tu's treatment in the US.  She is the main contact for Tu Tu's case in the US.

Lastly, I would like to make a small correction in your urgent announcement to your members that is I am a graduate student at University of Wisconsin, Madison.  My major is Southeast Asian Studies with an emphasis on Vietnamese Buddhism and I am not in the Medical school.

Regarding my phone number, I am currently in NY and staying in one of the Cornell professor's residence who is very kind in allowing me to use her residence while she is away.  Thus, I do not want to give out the professor's phone number.  I hope you understand.  Please contact me through e-mail.  I will be in NY until May 20,  2005.

Please take care and best wishes to you, your family and your organization.

Regards,

Su Quang
