I just talked to the landlord and she is ok to let Tuyen and her father move in tomorrow (Sunday). Anh Duc's brother will help him to move.

The landlord is very nice, she just askes Anh Duc to help keep the apartment clean and do not smoke inside the house. Since she has to pay for one month deposit to her landlord as well, so she asks if Anh Duc can pay for the one month deposit of $420. Anh Minh, is this ok for you?

So we need to send her a check for the following:

- $100 (for rent from May 22 to May 31)
- $420 (Deposit, will be deducted on the last month before anh Duc moves out)
- $420 (Rent for June, if you want to save time, otherwise, you can send in late May)
