ANTI-COMMUNIST ATMOSPHERE RISING HIGH AMONG THE OVERSEAS VIETNAMESE:

Vietnamese-American communities everywhere boycott Ton Nu Thi Ninh - a Vietnamese communist Ambassador who is visiting many U.S. cities and universities with a mission to defend the Communist Party of Vietnam's policies to repress Viet religions which resulted in the U.S. Government's designation of Vietnam as a Country of Particular Concern (CPC)

The Viet Democratic Side's International Forum

At the end of November and through mid December 2004, the Hanoi regime sent Ambassador Ton Nu Thi Ninh to the U.S. with a mission to defend the Communist Party of Vietnam's policies regarding religious freedom, among other things, in the course of the Party's tradition of cheating the world community (and the people of Vietnam alike), originated from Nguyen Ai Quoc (i.e. Ho Chi Minh) who had continually cheated on his people until his life was taken by the two men abusing power who controlled the Party and the State at the time: Le Duan and Le Duc Tho, on September 2, 1969 (right on the National Day of communist Vietnam). His death was declared on September 3, 1969, but that was another lie of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV). Since the early 20th century, Nguyen Ai Quoc (another name of Ho Chi Minh) and his communist party (later) have continued cheating on the people of Vietnam as well as the world community, with an aim to serve best Third International and the communist world's interests, in the 1930s, 1940s, the Cold War years under the Empire of the Soviet Union, and now communist China. Cheating on its people and the world community has become prevalent in Hanoi's policies to gain its final victory of April 30, 1975, but it didn't stop cheating policies after April 30, 1975. The CPV continued to cheat in the days and months right after its April 30, 1975 victory with its order to officers, officials, civil and military personnel as well as cadres of the Republic of Vietnam to bring enough stuff for 30-day use in its re-education program. In reality, many former RVN officers or officials were just released in the late 1990s, after 20 years or more in the re-education camps.

The most typical case of "white lies" was recognized for Phan Thuy Thanh - Vietnam's Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson a few years ago - who had been famous in the diplomatic world for her statements which were considered "white lies", without regard to what the listeners think. Ho Chi Minh and the CPV have continued to cheat on their people since 1945 in such events as the coalition of the nationalist and communist elements (in its coalition government of 1945 and the Viet Minh front) which ended up with the deaths of thousands of cadres of such opposition parties as the Vietnam National Party (VNQDD), the Great Viet Party (Dai Viet), and tens of thousands of the followers/officials of such religions as Hoa Hao Buddhism, Caodaism etc., at the hands of the Communist Party and the Viet Minh Front. The cheating tradition continued in the case of the communist violations of the Paris Peace Accord of 1973 through Hanoi's invasion of South Vietnam which ended with the communist occupation of South Vietnam in April 1975.

To deal with a more sophisticated world, such "white lies" spokespersons as Phan Thuy Thanh were eliminated. In the past two years, Hanoi moved to use more subtle spokespersons like Le Dung and built for its crucial card: Ton Nu Thi Ninh - a highly educated lady in the rank of former South Vietnam Liberation Front, Vice Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly, to become a kind of key mobile ambassador for the regime to persuade the world community for its policies. Ton Nu Thi Ninh will probably get some success in the pro-leftist and anti-war groups and universities in the U.S., but not with the anti-communist overseas Vietnamese refugees who have always said no to the Vietnamese communists ( as the two recent Resolutions of the City of Garden Grove and the City of Westminster have indicated). Wherever Ton Nu Thi Ninh arrived will only face the fierce boycotts of the local Vietnamese communities, with the anti-communist demonstrations against her visit (she is a spokesperson for a regime continually cheating on its people and the world community). No overseas Vietnamese believe in a brutal regime which abuses human rights and cheats on its people; and Viet patriots everywhere will stand up to deal with this regime that makes riches for its leadership group to the detriment of the people of Vietnam. The people of Vietnam consider the CPV and its leaders the criminals of the nation and will bring them to the court once the people rise up to terminate the totalitarian dictatorship. No nationalist and non-communist people accept the Hanoi regime, as the Viet communist progressive elements, intellectuals, students and youths, ethnic groups, and other people's and religious forces will rise up in the days ahead to deal with the stubborn regime prior to the Xth National Congress of the CPV. to be convened at the end of 2005 or early 2006, to transform Vietnam into a pluralistic democracy, as the most famous professor of communist Vietnam - Phan Dinh Dieu, affirmed recently in its discussion paper on the subject matter: "Some Thoughts on the continuing renovation of our country" under the KX.10 scientific program hosted by the Central (State and Party) Organizational Affairs Committee (Ban To Chuc Trung Uong). He wrote:

"Soon or late, a democracy must be a pluralistic democracy, because pluralism is always a necessary condition for democracy; that is a fact that the public opinion and the reality has all confirmed, we cannot reject it anyway" (Prof. Phan Dinh Dieu, a K.X. 10 Program Discussion Paper).

The communist regime in VN is coming to a dead end! Whatever Ton Nu Thi Ninh said to advocate for something called: "the most excited experiment of a "ONE POLITICAL PARTY DEMOCRACY" in Vietnam" will prove to be another big cheating of the CPV on the people of Vietnam and the world community. The overseas Vietnamese all discover the intent of the CPV, through Ton Nu Thi Ninh, aiming to rig off the Vietnamese communities; therefore, they will reserve for her their fierce protests deserved for a cheater on the people.

Ton Nu Thi Ninh and the criminal communist regime of Hanoi can't persuade and penetrate the overseas Vietnamese communities. The attitude of the Vietnamese - American voters against John Kerry who is a pro-Hanoi Presidential candidate proved the Hanoi regime can never get any support from the Vietnamese refugees all over the world, until its dissolution as a result of the people's rising, according to Dr. Long Ba Nguyen's "Chaos Theory on the People's Rising: Case of Vietnam", which will be published sometime in the future.
